What is the difference between the DRIP and the BLITZ paddle?

  • The main difference between the Drip and the Blitz paddles is the face material.
  • The Drip uses a Toray Raw Carbon Fiber, which provides superior control and is an easy transition coming from any other type of paddle.
  • The Blitz Paddle has a aramid fiber material which provides intense spin and exceptional power.

How can I care for my VYPR Pickleball Paddle?

To extend your paddle's lifespan, avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures, both freezing cold and super hot. We don't recommend or warranty paddles used in conditions below 40°F or above 100°F, as these temperatures can cause damage.
Always keep your paddle in a protective neoprene cover and, to prevent exposure to temperature swings, remove it from your car when you get home.

Does VYPR offer different handle sizes?

  • No. Our grips have been rigorously engineered and tested to provide optimum performance.
  • The circumference of our grips is generally 4.125-4.25in (=10.5-10.8cm).
  • As for the length of our grips, the DRIP  has a grip length of 5.5 in.
  • The BLITZ has a grip length of 5.5 in

Can I request a special weight for my VYPR  paddle?

  • No. All our paddles have a standard weight depending on the model you choose.
  • The Drip Paddle weighs 7.80 oz (220 grams)
  • The Blitz Paddle weights 8 oz (230 grams)

What is the average lifetime of a pickleball paddle?

  • The lifespan of your VYPR Pickleball Paddle primarily depends on how often and intensely you play, along with the care you give it.
    However, with new technologies constantly emerging, you might find it beneficial to upgrade your paddle every year to keep up with the latest advancements.
  • VYPR Pickleball Paddles generally last six months to two years.
  • The grip is another item that, over time, may need replacement. It’s easy to replace, but it might be a good idea to protect it with an over-grip.

ORDERS

Do I need an online account to make online purchases on your site?

  • No. You don’t need an account to buy products from VYPR although it offers additional benefits like access to your purchase history, the ability to save your complete contact information and information related to your payment method which will facilitate your future purchases. 

What payment methods VYPR accept?

VYPR accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well as PayPal, and Google Pay payments. 

Can I change my order?

  • No. Due to the processing requirements of our order and shipping management system, VYPR cannot make any changes or additions to your order once it has been placed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much does delivery cost?

  • VYPR is proud to offer free shipping worldwide for orders above Php 5,000
  • Allow for 3-10 days for us process your order during busy periods. 
  • We use GRAB, LALAMOVE, and LBC for local orders. DHL, UPS, FedEx and USPS premium postage in the USA for international shipping.
  • Both services provide tracking.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

  • Once the transaction is completed, VYPR will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to track your package at each step prior to receipt.

Is my signature required to confirm home delivery?

  • No. The customer's signature is not required for delivery of packages shipped by our partner carriers. The carrier will leave the package in front of the house or near the front door.

Are shipped items covered by insurance?

  • There is no insurance on shipping and items stated “Delivered” but not received by the client are not the responsibility of Vypr.

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

Can I return an item because I don't like it?

  • Yes. Vypr offers the possibility to return it to us within 30 days from the original purchase date for a refund excluding shipping costs if applicable.
  • Please note you’re responsible for return shipping costs incurred on all returns or exchanges and can select whichever carrier is convenient, although we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery of your return.
  • All items must be in as new/unused condition, and contain all original packaging and accessories.
